OSG Software version 3.0.10 has been released

We're pleased to announced OSG Software version 3.0.10. This is the new
OSG Software distributed via RPMs for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 and
6-compatible distributions.

This release contains updated OSG and IGTF CA certificate packages.
